In the lush, coffee-rich highlands of Piendamó, Cauca, Granja Paraíso 92 stands as a testament to precision and intent. Guided by Wilton Benitez, renowned for his scientific rigour and ecological stewardship. The farm has gained global recognition for its singular, meticulously crafted coffees.

Sitting between 1,700 and 1,850 metres above sea level, the farm benefits from fertile volcanic soil, cool mountain air, and pure spring water, conditions that yield exceptional flavour and structure. Here, the Red Bourbon varietal thrives, known for its refined sweetness, rounded body, and bright, elegant acidity.

This Colombia undergoes a washed process at Granja Paraíso 92, a deliberate and meticulous process. Only peak-ripe cherries are handpicked, then fermented for 36 hours in a controlled environment to heighten acidity and clarity. After pulping and thorough washing, the coffee is slowly sun-dried on raised beds to a precise moisture level of 10–12%, locking in its layered character and purity.
